The company is a firm based in Spain, engaged in providing services to water transportation. It was incorporated in December of 1973 and has its registered business office strategically located in Cadiz. It offers a wide range of support services which include routine repair and maintenance of ships (drydock and floating), marine cargo checkers and surveyors, ship dismantling at floating drydock, and ship scaling services. It also involves in stevedoring activities such as loading and unloading of cargoes in sea vessel and inspecting load-test certificates of ship's booms and cargo handling gear.
