Service activities incidental to water transportation
The company is engaged in the provision of services incidental to water transportation. It was incorporated in 1978 and has its registered head office strategically located in Cadiz, Spain. The company is principally involved in shipping, logistics, warehousing, customs, transportation, rail, stevedoring, forwarding and project cargo. It is committed to its customers, and its human capital with high standards of quality and environmentally friendly. The company activities are managed by different business divisions: Grupo Logistico Suardiaz, a holding company and corporate services in the group; Flota Suardiaz, and assembler of ro-ro ships and shipping charge shot with own and chartered ships; Logística Suardiaz, which brings together two areas: Agents (vapores Suardiaz) and Transport Solutions (TET Suardiaz). Its core activities are logistics and warehousing, forwarding, intermodal transport of goods, representation and agency of national and international lines, charters and customs agency. It also operates as an Integral logistic operator specializing in rail transport and management of logistics centres for the trans-shipment of goods, railway operations and commercial documentation; Suardiaz Bouzas Terminal, which includes the operation and management of the terminal of ro-ro ferries in the port of Vigo; and Suardiaz Maritime Services, involved in bunkering with own vessels and development of the activity of transport of crude oil and by-products.
